一、什么是高層次人才直聘？
What is direct recruitment of high-end talents?
為支持和鼓勵我省事業(yè)單位引進(jìn)高層次人才，吸引和匯聚更多具有國內(nèi)外領(lǐng)先水平的優(yōu)秀人才和優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)，采用特殊程序有效引進(jìn)高層次人才，開辟直接辦理聘用手續(xù)建立人事關(guān)系和不唯資歷、不唯職稱辦理崗位聘任手續(xù)的“綠色通道”。
In order to support and encourage the public organizations ofYunnan Province to recruit high-end talents, attract and gather more excellent talents and excellent innovative teams with leading levels at home and abroad, special procedures are adopted to effectively recruit high-end talents and open up the "green channels" of direct recruitment formalities to establish personnel relations and handle the position appointment procedures not only based on the seniority and titles.
二、哪些高層次人才可以直聘？
Who can be directly recruited?
1.中國科學(xué)院院士、中國工程院院士。
Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Science and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
2.國家有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專家；全國杰出專業(yè)技術(shù)人才；享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼人員； “國家海外高層次人才引進(jìn)計(jì)劃”入選者； “國家高層次人才特殊支持計(jì)劃”入選者； “百千萬人才工程”國家級人選； “長江學(xué)者”；全國宣傳文化系統(tǒng)“四個一批”人才；國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者以及相應(yīng)層次者。
National young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions; talents with the title of "national outstanding professional and technical talents"; experts enjoying special government allowance from the State Council; those admitted to the National Overseas high-end talent Recruitment Plan"; those admitted to the National Ten Thousand Talents Plan; national level nominated persons for the Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents Plan; Chang Jiang Scholars; "Four batches" of talents in the national propaganda and cultural system; awardees of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and those of corresponding levels.
