Excerpts from the Guidelines for Management of Provincial Post-doctoral Workstations
一、申請(qǐng)?jiān)O(shè)立省級(jí)博士后科研流動(dòng)站，應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下基本條件：
The following essential criteria are required for applying to establish a provincial mobile post-doctoral workstation:
( 1 )具有相應(yīng)學(xué)科的博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)。
Eligible to grant doctoral degrees in relevant subjects.
( 2 )具有一定數(shù)量的博士生指導(dǎo)教師。
A certain number of tutors for doctoral students.
( 3 )具有較強(qiáng)的科研實(shí)力和較高的學(xué)術(shù)水平，科研工作處于全省前列， 博士后研究項(xiàng)目具有理論或技術(shù)創(chuàng)新性。
Strong research capacity and high academic level, with research at the top level in the Province and theories/technologies of innovation in the post-doctoral projects.
( 4 )具有必需的科研條件和科研經(jīng)費(fèi)，并能為博士后研究人員提供必要 的生活條件。
Necessary conditions and funds for research, as well as for living of post-doctoral researchers.
二、申請(qǐng)?jiān)O(shè)立省級(jí)博士后科研工作站，應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下基本條件：
The following essential criteria are required for applying to establish a provincial post-doctoral workstation:
( 1 )具備獨(dú)立法人資格企事業(yè)單位。包括具有一定的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營規(guī)模、經(jīng) 營管理狀況良好的企業(yè)，從事技術(shù)開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營型的事業(yè)單位，州市以上 高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)、經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)、創(chuàng)業(yè)園區(qū)。
Public organizations/enterprises with independent legal status. Including enterprises with a certain scale of production and operation, enterprises with good operation and management conditions, public organizations engaged in technology development, production, and operation, high-tech development zones at or above the prefecture/municipal level, economic and technological development zones, and entrepreneurial parks.
( 2 )能提出具有較好市場前景和較高學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)水平的研究項(xiàng)目，所提出 的研究項(xiàng)目有利于本單位的技術(shù)進(jìn)步和創(chuàng)新，有利于全省相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，有 利于培養(yǎng)和造就高層次技術(shù)和管理人才。
With the ability to propose research projects with good market prospects and high academic and technical levels. The proposed research projects are beneficial to the technical progress and innovation of the organization/enterprise and the development of relevant industries in Yunnan Province and are helpful to train high-level technical and managerial talents.
( 3 )有專門的研究與開發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，能為博士后研究人員提供必要的科研、 生活條件及其它后勤保障。
Specialized research institutions and necessary scientific research, living conditions, and other logistic support for post-doctoral researchers.
( 4)有兼職(可聘請(qǐng)高?；蚩蒲性核诼毑?dǎo))或?qū)Ｂ毜牟┦可笇?dǎo)教師。
Part-time (doctoral tutors of universities or research institutes) or full-time doctoral tutors.
